if your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving it.

one-of-a-kind pieces: limited and traveled
vintage, secondhand, or sourced pieces exist in a single unit, with no equivalent stock. outside of the cases covered under withdrawal and defects, there is no exchange for size or "didn't like it" within these categories.

pieces from partner brands. tish handles the initial support, but the return is forwarded directly to the partner brand, who is responsible for the item and any manufacturing defects. size exchange is subject to the partner brand's stock availability.
how to request an exchange or return
- send an email to hello@tishstudios.com.br with: full name, order number, item(s) to return, and reason
- tish confirms the request within 24 business hours and sends shipping instructions (label or postage code)
- once the item is received and inspected, the refund is processed using the same payment method used for the purchase
