who we are

tishstudios.com.br (tish, tish studios) is operated by amanda de paula bryant, sole proprietor, cnpj 68.082.885/0001-59, r campos, 332, vila inah, são paulo/sp, cep 05.620-020, brazil. contact: hello@tishstudios.com.br. by using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. they do not limit any right you have under the brazilian consumer protection code (código de defesa do consumidor, law 8.078/1990).

what tish sells

tish is a curation of pieces: pre-loved (limited), from independent brazilian brands (selected), and brought back from abroad (traveled). selected pieces are sold by tish on behalf of partner brands and are shipped by those brands. each product page says which category a piece belongs to.

pieces and descriptions

we describe every piece as accurately as we can, with photos, measurements and, for pre-loved pieces, their condition. colors can look slightly different from screen to screen. limited and traveled pieces are one of a kind. made to order pieces show their production time on the product page.

prices and payment

prices are in brazilian reais (r$) and the total, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you pay. an order is confirmed only after payment is approved. discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions shown, one code per order unless stated otherwise, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

availability

stock is limited and some pieces are also sold by our partner brands in their own stores. if a piece you paid for turns out to be unavailable, or if an order shows an obvious price error, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund the full amount you paid, including shipping.

shipping, withdrawal, exchanges and returns

shipping times, the 7 day right of withdrawal (art. 49 of the consumer protection code), exchanges and returns follow our shipping & returns policy.

your account

if you create an account, keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used them. you are responsible for the information you give us being correct, including the delivery address.

content and brands

photos, texts, videos and the tish name and marks belong to tish or to our partner brands and photographers. you may share links and posts, but you may not copy or use this content commercially without written permission.
