we ship throughout brazil. shipping time will be provided at checkout, based on your delivery address and the shipping method chosen. once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. once shipped, the tracking code will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
- pieces shipped by tish (limited and traveled): são paulo city by courier, same day or next day. rest of the state of são paulo by sedex, 1 to 3 business days.
- selected pieces ship directly from the partner brand by sedex: são paulo, 1 to 3 business days.
- south, southeast and central-west: 3 to 5 business days. north and northeast: 5 to 7 business days.
- made to order pieces are produced first. the production time is shown on the product page, and the delivery times above count from dispatch.
free shipping on orders over r$2,000. when an order includes pieces from more than one origin, shipping is charged once per origin.
